Who we are
The seeds of the Cabo Jewish Center were planted in 2003 when a handful of Jewish locals started gathering for Holidays and special occasions.
​
In 2009, Rabbi Benny and Sonia Hershcovich moved to Cabo to help develop the Jewish community infrastructure and expand outreach to tourists.
​
In 2014, thanks to the generosity and vision of Dr. Raymond Schinazi, a 1/2 acre property was purchased adjacent to Cabo's famous marina to serve as the Jewish community center.
​
The project was completed in June 2021.
​
In such a rapidly expanding city with an ever increasing Jewish presence, the Cabo Jewish Center provides a much needed warm and welcome environment for Jewish locals, seasonal vacationers and tourist alike.
